I agree - do NOT order from these people. I ordered a wig from them in November 2013 on sale before Christmas.
It was originally listed for over $200.00 but was on sale for $82.00 (interestingly it is now shown listed for $748.22 but on sale for $171.00) after waiting over two months for this to arrive and NUMEROUS, emails and phone calls they offered to refund my money- (they said they were relocating and then the wig didn't pass inspection) I really wanted the wig, so I said I would wait. The wig finally arrived yesterday (April 23rd) after FIVE MONTHS!!! I was very excited and when I opened the box, I was soooo disappointed - the wig doesn't look anything like the picture and is totally the wrong colour! The original photo looks like a mid length wavy streaked golden blonde - what I got looks like something an old lady would wear "a curly silver wig completely different colour and style.
Like you said "horrid" What a waste of time - and I am grateful that I never paid full price!
This is a shortened version of my experience with this company.
I ordered an ordinary wig from this company on Dec.
4....free standard shipping. A couple of weeks went by with no indication that it had been shipped. When I inquired they said it was taking time because it was tricky to make (huh?). When 6 weeks had passed I claimed non-received with PayPal & requested a refund of my money.
Well, lo & behold, within days of PayPal's notifying them of my claim they shipped it by EXPEDITED mail without my knowledge or consent. I never order anything that is shipped expedited because the shipper charges brokerage fees plus taxes on the brokerage fees....which is over & above the normal customs/taxes charges. I have told wigstylish that I will not pay these brokerage fees & I want a full refund as the wig will be returned to them unopened.
Stay tuned as to whether I hear from them in response to my email & what it is they intend to do about this situation. Extremely bad experience with this company
I did not see your comment, but I just disputed the charge, since I have not received the merchandise. I would not have ordered if I would have seen this comment.
